Inspired by the legendary works of Wallace Neff, George Washington Smith, and other masters of the Mediterranean and Spanish revival styles of the early 20th century, 1512 Floribunda was designed by master architects Dale Meyer and John Stewart. Down to the smallest detail, the architecture of 1512 Floribunda resonates romance and enchantment, seducing the senses with light and color, fragrances, and water, a majestic building in a magical setting. World class by any definition, the design for 1512 Floribunda has been submitted to several esteemed Architectural competitions.
